Why our world-famous clients choose OUR Product Line.
World-renown publisher USA Today recently purchased a digital call recording and logging system from Firerock Technologies, after determining that Firerock's features not only out-performed those of its competitors, but also at 1/2 the price. Some of the reasons for choosing Firerock Technologies include:
- Platform independent hardware
- Full-featured software
- Ease of Use
- Incomparable price
Bayer in Indiana also required a dependable, affordable call recording solution in the security department of their large aspirin factory. After a detailed comparison of many, many call recording solutions, Bayer chose Firerock Technologies for some of the following reasons:
- Reliability/Redundancy
- Feature-rich Software
- Ease of Use
- Easy Installation/Configuration
- Professional Service and Support from Firerock's Engineering Staff
- Features Not Available from Many High-End Competitors
- Extreme affordability
- Redundancy available at 1/3 the cost of the competition's offerings
One of Firerock's recent installations includes CA's largest professional
collection service located in Sacramento, CA called Investment Retrievers,
Inc. Their IT department examined numerous digital call recording systems,
including several expensive backoffice solutions. After finding that the
cost of digital recording was well beyond their budget, they decided to take
their chances that they would never require the need to retrieve a previous
phone conversation.
Realizing that the cost of not having calls recorded was too great with the
liability that can ensue, they continued looking for alternatives. When they
heard of Firerock's versatile digital call recording and logging
solution, they noticed that the President of Firerock,
Gene Silvers, use to be the owner and founder of an expensive backoffice
solution called Voiceprint International. After a short dialog, Investment Retrievers
concluded not only that Firerock's features were superior to
Voiceprint, but that it was also offered at 1/2 to 1/3 the price. Instantly, the budget was approved.
The initial solution started with a 24 channel system which was digitally
integrated with Toshiba's latest digital business phone system. Since the
cost per channel was so reasonable, Investment Retrievers purchased an
additional 12 channels. Another large benefit to Firerock's solution is the
total redundancy that expensive backoffice solutions claim to provide but do
not.
The City of Bullhead on the Arizona Nevada state line had Firerock install several new BackOffice call recording systems for their transportation system BATS. They absolutely love the ease and efficiency of their system. Bullhead City can listen and access the calls from within their network, archive them and mark important calls if necessary.
EFX OptionsFireRock received a call from a Large Commodities broker in Chicago called EFX Options. They needed their solution to be shipped overnight to avoid a $30,000 industry fine. We sent the system overnight and worked with EFX's IT manager the entire weekend to ensure a quick, professional installation. Not only was EFX able to avoid the $30,000 industry fine, but by using Firerock's solution, EFX saved an additional $15,000 on a digital call recording solution, for a total savings of $45,000. Talk about one happy customer.

Collections Agency Uses Recording To Improve Collections Ratios!
We are a collection agency that currently utilize five Digital 04 Recorders. We record all the calls made by our collections staff. We also use one Digital 04 for random call recording. We have our phone system wired to a patch panel in a rack which makes it very easy to switch from one extension to another. The setup and ease of use is fantastic!
We also use one Digi 04 for random call recording.
We have two different computers in the office that we use to listen to recorded calls. One machine is used by our collection supervisor and the second is shared by other department managers.
Our collection supervisor primarily listens to calls for training purposes. She can call a collector into the office after reviewing calls and can give tips on what they can do to increase collections.
Other managers will make recommendations on who they might want to record and for what period of time. They can then review calls on a daily basis.

Desktop Recording for Pyramids Group
We have been using the desktop digital recorder for about a year now. We have found that recorder to be an easy and practical way to not only capture every call effortlessly but to also retrieve those calls easily when needed.

Clinic Uses Recording To Improve Operator Efficiency
We have a couple of different uses for our recorders. The primary use is for our operators here at the clinic. Sometimes a patient will have a complaint about the manner in which a call was handled or how an appointment was scheduled (or who it should have been scheduled with, etc.).
By recording those calls we are able to instruct or remind an operator of the proper way to handle a task. If it turns out that the patient doesn't quite remember things the way they actually happened then we can avoid one of our doctors getting upset over something that didn't happen.
Investigating complaints and keeping tabs on personal phone calls - We also have a couple of employees who are physically located in such a way that personal phone calls could potentially become an issue. By periodically recording different employees we are able to keep this in check!

Digital Desktop Great For Handsfree Recording
Our business is insurance underwriting. We perform or augment the risk assessment process of several large carriers.
Digital 01 voice recorders are an integral part of our work stations. We’ve found that the recorders can be deployed in a hands free environment and that they are extremely reliable.
Both of these characteristics are important to us. Our underwriters can essentially forget about recording and get on with their work, knowing that important applicant conversations are being captured automatically.
Digital Desktop - 'An Integrated Part Of The Workstation' - The service has been great!, but best of all the carriers are pleased with the quality of the recordings and the availability of the player download.
We made the right decision and recommend the product highly to anyone anywhere where recording is a must and convenience is a plus.

A Potential Life-Saving Application In The Power Industry
We have a 24 hour Message Center located in downstate Illinois. One of our clients is a regional power company.
We dispatch staff for all after hours power outages for them. Calls come in to an automated system telling us which linemen need to be dispatched based on the location of the outage. We typically contact them by telephone through our Amtelco Infinity message center. All outgoing calls are recorded by your equipment.
Once the linemen are dispatched we maintain contact with them via two-way radio. The linemen perform a very dangerous job and the radios are their “lifeline” to us in case of an emergency. If a lineman quickly spurts out some lifesaving information about his location or problem, and we can’t understand it (due to noise in the room, poor transmission quality, etc), it’s a big problem so we tied a Recorder to the radio system. We now have instant access to all conversations. When we’re unsure about what was said, we usually just play it back instead of asking the lineman to repeat themselves.
This is a significant safety improvement since it eliminates interruption to ask them to repeat themselves when they may have moved on to a life threatening task.
I can also tell you that it has solved more than one “he said – she said” issue as well.
Our Recorder provides peace of mind, convenience, conflict resolution, and a potentially life saving tool to our staff.
