About Us
FireRock Technologies LLC. was started when the need for affordable digital Call Recording/logging and CRM was identified. High costs were necessary since you had to buy expensive pc hardware, proprietary voice cards, software, installation, service and support fees. In most cases the installation and service team has to be flown in from distant cities. Our new state-of-the-art USB Extension Recorder modular technology was developed that allows you to use your existing windows infrastructure and exceeds the power and robustness a large enterprise demands at a price point that finally allows a return on investment even the smallest organization can not ignore.
