FR Back Office software resides on a PC/Server in the PBX room. Combined with either the FR Digital 04, FR Digital 16 and the FR Analog 02, FR Analog 04 or FR Analog 08 hardware solutions that in turn are connected to the station wiring, FR Back Office Software provide a true digital centralized recording solution for both large and small applications.
FR Back Office Software provides a variety of settings and options to deliver the results you are looking for:

FR Back Office Software runs as a full-time utility recording all calls to and from every connected telephone or line. On PBXs where caller ID is supported, it will also capture the Caller ID and number dialed of every call and make part of the call record.
